About The Fitness Angel TV
The Fitness Angel TV is a Christ-centered TV ministry that brings together faith, fitness, and real stories from women who are rebuilding their lives after hard seasons. Our heart is to help women grow stronger in both body and soul, one step and one episode at a time.
Through broadcast episodes, church events, and outreach, we invite women to move their bodies, renew their minds with God’s Word, and remember that they are loved and seen by Him.
About Angel
Angel is the founder and host of The Fitness Angel TV. After walking through a brain tumor, facial paralysis, and a long road of recovery, she experienced firsthand what it means to hold on to Jesus in the middle of fear, weakness, and uncertainty.
Out of that journey, God birthed a calling: to encourage women who feel discouraged by their bodies, overwhelmed by life, or stuck in shame. Angel’s teaching and workouts are gentle, joyful, and deeply rooted in Scripture, with a special heart for women in midlife and beyond.
In addition to the TV ministry, Angel continues to serve women through her coaching work at thefitnessangel.net .
What we believe
The Fitness Angel TV is a Christian ministry. While we serve women from many backgrounds, our teaching is rooted in historic, Bible-based Christian faith.
- We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word and our final authority for faith and practice.
- We believe in one God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
- We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to grow in godliness and to serve others.
- We believe our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that caring for them is an act of worship, not vanity.
