The Fitness Angel TV
The Fitness Angel TV is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit media ministry bringing together faith, fitness, health conversations, and real stories.
Through television, digital content, church events, and community outreach, the ministry encourages women to care for their bodies, renew their minds with God’s Word, and keep moving forward with hope.

Founder & host
About Angel
Angel is the founder and host of The Fitness Angel TV. After walking through a brain tumor, facial paralysis, and a long road of recovery, she experienced firsthand what it means to hold on to Jesus in the middle of fear, weakness, and uncertainty.
Out of that journey grew a calling to encourage women who feel discouraged by their bodies, overwhelmed by life, or stuck in shame. Her teaching and movement sessions emphasize grace, practical action, and Scripture.

What we believe
The Fitness Angel TV is a Christian ministry. While we serve women from many backgrounds, our teaching is rooted in historic, Bible-based Christian faith.
- We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word and our final authority for faith and practice.
- We believe in one God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- We believe salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
- We believe the Holy Spirit empowers believers to grow in godliness and serve others.
- We believe caring for our bodies can be an act of faithful stewardship rather than vanity.
